Milk and Honey Milestones 

Milk & Honey Milestones is led by Asha McMillian, LPC, PMH-C, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional. Asha specializes in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, identity and life transitions, anxiety and depression, relationships, and other challenges. Individual counseling is available in person and virtually, with services available to Spartanburg-area families. 

Reproductive Journey Counseling

Reproductive Journey specializes in reproductive and maternal mental health, supporting individuals and couples through fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, and adjustment to parenthood. Founded by Susannah Baldwin, LPCS, PMH-C, the practice offers counseling with clinicians who have advanced training in perinatal mental health. In-person appointments are available in Greenville, with virtual counseling available throughout South Carolina.
